Fall Trail Clean-up
October is trail clean-up month - to get our trails ready for snowmobiling. With all the trails we maintain, extra hands make all the difference!
Volunteers cover a particular section of trail, clearing trees and brush that are on the trail.
Text Lowell at 651-261-4927 if you can help or to report any issues (downed trees, etc).
If you have pictures from fall trail clean-up efforts, please email to wonderlandsmc@gmail.com so they can be included on this page.
FAQs
Can I drive on the trail?
While doing trail clean-up, volunteers are allowed to use a vehicle or ATV on the trails.
Can I work on the trail section that's near me?
YES! Reach out to Lowell to find out what sections have already been covered.
Can I just go work on a trail section without contacting Lowell?
Please reach out to Lowell first, so he's not assigning someone else to do that section (and so you can be included in the volunteer dinner in December!)
Trails Are CLOSED
From December 1 through March 31 you may operate your snowmobile on state-funded winter trails when a 4-inch groomed snow base is present and trails have been officially opened. Snowmobile trails are marked with orange blazers.
